Shared Hosting Plans

Purchasers of Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting Plans from MaxReseller.com are entitled to request a refund within a stipulated 30-day period from the date of the initial purchase. Not applicable to bulk orders.

VPS & Dedicated Servers

For Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers, we offer a 2-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Not applicable to bulk orders. Please assess requirements before purchase.

Domain Names

All domain name sales are final and non-refundable. Once registered or transferred, no refund is provided under any circumstances. Ownership remains with the customer.

Bulk Orders

Refunds will be denied for bulk purchases if used for a period before requesting. We recommend evaluating a single service first before ordering multiple quantities.

Renewals

Product or service renewals, including domain name renewals, are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all renewed services.

Termination & Abuse Policy

MaxReseller.com reserves the prerogative to expeditiously cancel or terminate any service without prior notice in cases of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Breaches of our terms of service
  • Illicit activities
  • Compromising server integrity
  • Actions affecting network security

No refund will be provided if the service is terminated due to any form of abuse.

Termination Without Notice

We maintain the unequivocal right to terminate any service without antecedent notice in exigent circumstances necessitating immediate action to preserve the overall integrity and security of our network.

Refund Processing Time

After we issue a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as account credits. Depending upon the payment method used, refunds can take 5-7 working days to reflect in the user's account.
